Meet Corena Chase
I’m an executive coach and facilitator specializing in leadership development, communication, and high-stakes professional interactions. With deep experience across industries including financial services, big law, management consulting, tech, and media, I work with people at every level of their careers, from new hires to the C-suite. I’ve coached thousands of people through pitches, presentations, and vital conversations, helping them develop and deliver the most resonant version of their thinking and gain more ease in their ability to influence people, decisions, and outcomes.
My initial training in what makes us effective–as individuals, with each other, and in the systems we interact with–began in my first career as an actor. I bring what I learned about the power of presence, choice, clarity, intention, and playfulness (so underrated!) to my work as a coach and facilitator.

Influencing The People, Situations, And Outcomes That Matter To You
Everything we want in this world relies on our ability to create a desired impact on other people. Belonging, achievement, security, love, status, freedom, meaning—it all happens, or not, in the space between you and someone else.
I’ve been trying to make sense of what we do in that space my whole life. What enables us to reach others effectively? How do we get so disconnected from what we really want from each other? Why do we so often get in our own way? And what the hell is executive presence??
I explore all of these questions in my Substack newsletter.
